Day 1 Studios Unsolicited Idea Submission Policy

Day 1 studios and its employees, agents and other representatives do not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, including ideas or concepts for new games, improvements or other modifications to our existing games, new products or technologies, processes, materials, marketing plans, new promotions, or new product names. Do not send us any original or creative artwork, samples, demos, or other works and do not submit to us any ideas or concepts for new games or improvements or other modifications to our existing games.

The purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when Day 1's games, modifications, other products, or marketing strategies or promotions might seem similar to ideas submitted to Day 1. So, please do not send your unsolicited ideas to Day 1 or anyone at Day 1. If, despite our request that you not send us your ideas or materials, you still send them, please understand that Day 1 makes no assurances that your ideas or materials will be treated as confidential or proprietary.

Furthermore, if despite our request that you not send us your ideas or materials, you still send them, you are agreeing that Day 1 will have the complete and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, broadcast, otherwise communicate, publicly display and perform, and otherwise commercially exploit in any manner your ideas or materials, or both, in any form, anywhere in the world, with or without attribution to you in Day 1’s sole discretion, and without any notice or compensation to you of any kind.
